Comunicación entre 2 controladores LOGO! a través de módulos CMR y mensajes SMR

Par suministrar agua a una montaña se instala un depósito de agua y se llena desde la zona del valle con ayuda de una bomba. La bomba debe conectarse y desconectarse en función del nivel de llenado del depósito de agua.

 

Hay que cumplir con los siguientes requisitos:

  • La bomba se conecta cuando el depósito de agua esté cerca de estar vacío.
  • La bomba está activa por tiempo o se desconecta en última instancia cuando el depósito de agua esté lleno.
  • El operario debe ser capaz de poder leer el nivel de llenado del depósito de agua mediante accesos remotos.

Solución

Para resolver esta tarea se utiliza el cotrolador LOGO! 8 y el módulo de comunicación CMR de SIEMENS.

Tanto en el valle como en la montaña se instalan un controlador LOGO! 8 y un módulo de comunicación LOGO! CMR. El módulo LOGO! CMR permite que ambos controladores comuniquen a través de mensajes SMS.

El nivel de llenado del depósito de agua se supervisa utilizando flotadores normales de mercado.

La estación de la montaña pide agua

Con ayuda del flotador inferior se averigua si el nivel de llenado es pequeño. La estación de la montaña envía un mensaje SMS a la estación del valle y pide agua. A través de una salida del controlador LOGO! en la estación del valle se activa una bomba conectada a un contactor y se bombea el agua a la estación de la montaña. La bomba desconecta automáticamente cuando transcurre un tiempo determinado ajustado. La estación del valle acusa la petición con un mensaje SMS.

Si la estación del valle no responde dentro de un determinado intervalo de tiempo, la estación de la montaña envía un segundo mensaje SMS. Si tampoco hay respuesta al segundo mensaje SMS, se indica un fallo y se informa al operario a través de otro mensaje SMS.

 

La estación de la montaña pide desconectar la bomba

Si se averigua con ayuda del flotador superior que el depósito de agua está lleno, la estación de la montaña envía un mensaje SMS a la estación del valle para desconectar la bomba. La bomba se desconecta en la estación del valle antes de que transcurra el tiempo ajustado. La estación del valle acusa la petición con un mensaje SMS.

Si la estación del valle no responde dentro de un determinado intervalo de tiempo, la estación de la montaña envía un segundo mensaje SMS. i tampoco hay respuesta al segundo mensaje SMS, se indica un fallo y se informa al operario a través de otro mensaje SMS.

 

El operario quiere conocer el nivel de llenado

El operario pide conocer el nivel de llenado del depósito de agua a través de un mensaje SMS. La estación de la montaña responde indicando el nivel de llenado actual con otro mensaje SMS.
